Crafted from 100% Tannat grapes grown at Bingham Family Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. Fresh, and elegant with high acidity, this wine is rich with red and black currants, anise, clove, espresso, dark chocolate. Harvested in mid-July 2023, the grapes were destemmed, and chilled for 7 days prior to fermentation in concrete. Aged for 12 months in 25% new French oak.
