Crafted from 100% Albariño grapes grown at Bingham Family Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. The grapes were crushed, pressed, and settled before clean racked to our small epoxy lined concrete tank. Fermentation was cold and slow at 45*F to preserve fruitiness and varietal characteristics. Aged for 10 months in our concrete tank.

Vineyard

Our Albariño grapes are grown on Bingham Family Vineyard in Meadow, TX in the semi-arid Texas High Plains. The Binghams are a multigenerational grape growing family and currently own or manage 170 acres of grapes.

These grapes are grown at roughly 3,400-foot elevation. Bingham Vineyard is a family-owned and operated with soils that are a mix of fine sandy loam and red clay soils with soft pink caliche subsoils.
