Crafted from 100% Albariño grapes grown at Bingham Family Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. The grapes were crushed, pressed, and settled before clean racked to our small epoxy lined concrete tank. Fermentation was cold and slow at 45*F to preserve fruitiness and varietal characteristics. Aged for 10 months in our concrete tank.
